What an emotional day! We can't believe that Jake is already home! We love him so much and are very glad that he had a wonderful two years!

The best part of Christmas day was Skyping with my family!  My brother Jordan's family in Utah was on a laptop that they faced towards me, and the rest of the family was together in Portland.
